Proservartner worked alongside a national loan-serving provider to implement the automation of their mortgage breach letters. The workflow involved aggregating data from multiple systems and was cumbersome, wasting valuable staff resources.

We were asked to build a ‘bot which could gather all the relevant loan information, label it correctly and produce country-specific breach letters.This saved the company over £130,000 in annual savings with over 3800 hours of manual work eliminated. It also meant that staff had greater oversight on customer payment methods and had more time to customise the content of letters, further reducing the amount of late payment.
